Information Sharing at ChemAlliance.org

From time to time, ChemAlliance.org users may be asked to provide information about themselves.  Sometimes this is information about who you are, what your duties are, etc.  Sometimes, this is information about what you do (what products or processes you're involved with).

The goal of any information we collect about our users is to serve you better.  ChemAlliance.org is not an enforcement agency or function, and we do not share individual  information with the EPA or other regulatory agencies.

We also do not currently share this information with vendors or suppliers, nor do we have any plans to do so.  However, if for any reason we were to consider changing this policy in the future, we give your our commitment that we would first specifically ask your permission prior to sharing any information about you.

We do retain the right to share summary statistics about our users (how many, how often they visit, etc) with our sponsors.  Note that this information does not identify individual users by name, but rather counts sessions and other more generic information.
