These meetings will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear background information on some of the new requirements of TSCA and what the agency might have in mind going forward.  They will also be a great opportunity for stakeholder input, which will surely have an impact on the rulemaking process.

SOCMA will have representation at all the meetings and plans to provide oral and written comments on the subject of fees.  SOCMA members are highly encouraged to participate and provide any feedback on the topics being discussed.  Stakeholder input will indeed shape the future implementation of the new TSCA law.  The meetings will be held in the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC.  There will be remote access for those who cannot attend in person.
