For some source categories, EPA finalized its decisions concerning residual risk and technology reviews. For the Marine Tank Vessel Loading Operations NESHAP and the Group I Polymers and Resins NESHAP, the agency finalized emission standards to address certain emission sources not previously regulated under the NESHAP.
