EPA Reschedules Remaining Peer Review Meetings on Draft TSCA Risk Assessments for Methylene Chloride or Dichloromethane (DCM) and N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP)

October 25, 2013 - Due to the government shutdown, EPA is issuing a Federal Register Notice announcing rescheduled dates for the remaining peer review meetings on the draft TSCA risk assessments for Methylene Chloride or Dichloromethane (DCM), and N-methylpyrrolidone (NMP).  The first meeting was held as scheduled on September 26, 2013, before the government shutdown.  The second meeting will be held on Friday, November 8, 2013, and the third (final) meeting will be held on Friday, December 13, 2013. EPA is also working to reschedule the peer review meetings on the draft TSCA risk assessment for Antimony Trioxide (ATO) and will announce those dates soon.
