TSCA Section 5 Electronic Web Submission System Outreach – Thursday, December 5, 2013, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. EDT.
Related Topics: Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) US Environmental Protection Agency
EPA is developing a fully electronic, web-based submission system for TSCA Section 5 submissions. This system will replace the e-PMN reporting software currently required to be used to submit certain TSCA Section 5 notifications and support documents to EPA. On Thursday, December 5, 2013, EPA will conduct a web-based walk through of the main PMN form, joint submissions, and Letters of Support reporting modules under development. Please note that the focus of the session is on the functionality of the system, and that specific submission requirements will not be discussed during the demonstration.
Attendees must use an operator assisted conference for these sessions (Within the U.S. 866-900-8984, Outside the U.S. 706-679-4304, Conference ID: 95966233). Please try to dial in at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the web demonstration. Access the session: https://epa.connectsolutions.com/tsca-pmn-joint-los/
For those industries participating, EPA is very interested in obtaining feedback on these reporting modules. This feedback will be key to the successful development of this and future electronic submission systems. For those unable to participate in this session, EPA will post copies of the slides and audio file at: http://epa.gov/oppt/newchems/epmn/epmn-index.htm.*Prior to logging into the session, ensure your web browser is configured to allow pop-ups and enable Adobe flash so you will be able to view the session. If you have any questions about your browser configuration, please contact your help desk.
