EPA is developing a suite of web-based submission modules to support upcoming electronic reporting rules under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).  Submitters will be required to register with and submit through the Central Data Exchange (CDX) to access these modules.

On Tuesday, December 17, 2013, EPA will provide an outreach session to walk submitters through the process of registering with CDX in preparation for these rules. Please note that the focus of the session is on the registration process, and that specific reporting requirements will not be discussed during the walkthrough.
