In December 2012, EPA belatedly published its 2012 Regulatory Agenda, with forecasts extending into 2013.  Many of those proposed rulemakings – in various stages of development – will have some impact on the chemical industry.  In this webinar, Bill Wehrum, an environmental attorney and former Acting Assistant Administrator of EPA’s Office of Air and Radiation (and, before becoming an attorney, an environmental supervisor for a major U.S. chemical manufacturer), will speak about what air regulatory issues are likely to have the biggest  impact on the chemical industry over the next couple of years.  Additionally, Mr. Wehrum will address the interest of some in Congress and elsewhere to update/reform the Clean Air Act, and comment on how likely it is that such efforts will be successful in the near future.

Who should attend?

EHS&S staff and any individuals interested in air regulations affecting the chemical industry.
